1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clost mobile application (the "App").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You may use Clost only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country and you are able to form a binding contract. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User Content
You may upload wardrobe photos, posts, stories, comments and other content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it in the App you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute it as necessary to operate Clost.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or the rights of others (including copyright, privacy and publicity rights).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes.
Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate other users.
Upload spam, malicious code or content that is hateful, violent or sexually explicit.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or otherwise harm the App or its users.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Closit will always be available, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
